Your Dosage
Liquid Everest Shilajit
- Use a dropper lid that comes with the bottle
- The liquid shilajit can be consumed with warm beverages, except tap water
- Take it once or twice a day on an empty stomach
For optimal absorption, mix liquid shilajit with warm beverages but avoid it with tap water. Hot milk and ghee are ideal choices since they enhance the potency of nutrients. Milk is a rich source of calcium, protein, and essential vitamins, while ghee contains healthy fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K), so they also accelerate nutrient absorption.
Take it once or twice a day on an empty stomach, either in the morning or during the day. If it makes you hyperactive then it’s better you don’t consume it in thee evening, it might interfere with your sleep cycle.

Soft Resin Everest Shilajit
- Take 300-500 mg of shilajit resin with the spoon that comes with the product.
- Mix the resin in warm water, milk, or herbal tea for better absorption.
- Consume it on an empty stomach for optimal results.
Start with a pea-sized dose, ranging from 300 mg to 500 mg. After a few days, depending on your reaction and results, you can gradually increase the dosage to 1 gram per day. Dissolve the resin in warm water, milk, or herbal tea for better absorption.
For optimal results, it's best to take Shilajit in the morning on an empty stomach. Or, you can take it later in the day, but make sure it's at least 3-4 hours after a meal.

Things to Avoid When Using Shilajit
Alcohol
Mixing Shilajit with alcohol can reduce its effectiveness and strain the liver. Alcohol may interfere with nutrient absorption, reducing the benefits of Shilajit. It’s best to take it with water.
Tap Water
Tap water contains chlorine and other impurities that may alter Shilajit’s composition. Use filtered or spring water to preserve its purity and ensure you get the full benefits.
Temperature
Exposing Shilajit to high temperatures can degrade its nutrients and reduce its potency. Always store it in a cool place and mix it with lukewarm water for best results.
Prescriptions
Shilajit may interact with medications, affecting their potency. Always consult your doctor before combining it with prescriptions.
How to Use Shilajit
Raw
The most natural way to consume shilajit is straight, raw, and pure, just as it has been done for centuries. There's no need to mix it with anything, simply consume it on its own. This way you can feel an immediate gust of energy.
Mixed with Liquid
The beauty of Shilajit lies in its ability to seamlessly blend with any liquid((except alcohol, of course!). Whether it's plain water, herbal tea, milk, or a smoothie, you can enjoy the powerful benefits of Shilajit. Soak in the early sun rays with your shilajit drink or unwind at the end of the day with a warm mug.
Cream & Tonics
Shilajit nourishes skin with essential minerals, enhancing absorption in water-based creams. Mix with organic creams like turmeric-ginger or green coffee for vitality. Always use fresh, natural ingredients for best results.
Pets & Animals
If you've ever noticed your dog or cat eating dirt, it's because they instinctively crave Fulvic Acid and minerals. To give your pet the right amount, use 1 mg of Shilajit for every pound of their body weight. Just mix it into their food or water twice a week for a healthy boost.
When Should I Take Shilajit?
Shilajit is ideally taken in the morning on an empty stomach, but there's no generic timing, everyone's routine is different. The yardstick is to consume it on an empty stomach or wait for 3-4 hours after your every meal. Morning is great, but consuming it at any other time works too. The only downside of taking it in the evening makes you feel more energetic, potentially affecting your sleep, so better listen to your body.

How to Store Shilajit & Does Shilajit Expire?
Cool & Dry Place
Keep Shilajit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Excessive heat or moisture can alter its texture and diminish its benefits.
Air-tight Containers
Store in an airtight container to block dust, moisture, and odors. This helps keep the resin fresh, pure, and protected from any external contaminants that might change its quality.
Avoid Contamination
Always use a clean, dry spoon to take Shilajit. Moisture or unclean utensils can introduce bacteria, affecting their purity and potency over time.
Original Packaging
Store Shilajit in its original container to preserve its quality. This prevents exposure to air, light, and contaminants that could reduce its potential results.
Shilajit Overdose
While it's hard to overdose on Shilajit, it's still possible to overdo it. There are no records of people being hospitalized for taking too much, but studies in the former USSR showed no side effects even with doses up to 2500 mg a day.
Still, we don’t recommend going that high. If you take too much, your body will likely flush it out through urine, and it could make your stools turn dark.
However, taking Shilajit every day without breaks for a long time could lead to a mineral overload, causing symptoms like migraines or fatigue. You can avoid this by cycling your intake, meaning you take it for a while, then take a break.
There are also a few things to watch out for: Shilajit can sometimes cause digestive issues, allergic reactions, or interact with medications, especially those affecting blood sugar or the liver. Always consult your doctor if you’re unsure!
