Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.

 

How to Return

  1. Email contact@everestshilajit.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving the RMA, securely package your item with proof of purchase and send it to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be issued.
  • Depending on your card issuer, the refund may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
